Alumni were cordially invited to the EBRD Alumni Association's annual Polish Chapter get-together, which took place on Thursday, 11 April 2019 at the Nowina Restaurant in Warsaw.
A separate room had been reserved for the event. Drinks and a buffet will be provided.
At the get-together, Professor* Zbigniew Hockuba (‘17), former EBRD Board Director for Poland, Bulgaria, and Albania, briefly shared some personal thoughts on the role of the Bank in Poland and the region, as well as on possible changes to the global financial architecture (as proposed by the G20 Eminent Persons Group on Global Financial Governance).
The event provided an opportunity to spend a pleasant evening networking and reconnecting with other alumni in Poland as well as with the staff of the EBRD’s Warsaw Office.
