The second Alumni Reception held at an EBRD Annual Meeting & Business Forum and organised by the EBRD Alumni Association, took place on Friday 15 May in Tbilisi, Georgia. It was the fifth regional alumni gathering held outside of London, attracting some 30 alumni and over 100 staff. While providing an opportunity for alumni, members of Bank’s senior management and staff from both Headquarters and the Tbilisi RO to reunite and network, the event also marked a very emotional farewell celebration of a departing colleague and an “alumnus-in-waiting”, Olivier Descamps. The event was well-attended and highly successful.
