The first ever EBRD Eastern Partnership (EaP) Investment Summit will take place at the Bank’s Headquarters in London on 22 November 2019.
This year is the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership Initiative, which the Bank set up to develop closer bilateral and multilateral ties with these six countries in eastern Europe and south Caucasus : Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
The EBRD is the largest institutional investor in the Eastern Partnership region and is committed to supporting the development of the private sector and improving the investment climate.
This one-day summit will bring together together high-level government representatives, policy-makers, international investors and entrepreneurs to network, explore investment challenges and identify business opportunities in the six countries of the Eastern Partnership region.
Panel sessions will focus on current investment trends and developments, highlight the EBRD’s activities and impact, and feature discussion on a wide range of sectors from renewables to agribusiness, the digital economy and private equity.
